〇応募資格 / Eligibility Requirements
1.2027年4月時点で、以下の課程・学年に在籍予定の者
・学部：３年次または４年次（医学部は５年次または６年次）
・修士課程：１年次または２年次
・博士課程：２年次または３年次
・医学博士課程：３年次または４年次
Applicants must be enrolled in one of the following programs in April 2027:
・Undergraduate : 3rd or 4th year (5th or 6th year students for the School of Medicine)
・Master's course: 1st or 2nd year
・Doctoral course: 2nd or 3rd year
・Graduate School of Medicine (Doctoral Program):
3rd or 4th year
2.1982年4月2日以降に生まれた者（2027年4月1日時点で45歳未満）
Applicants must have been born on or after April 2, 1982 (under 45 years of age as of April 1, 2027).
3.ロータリー米山奨学金を受給したことがない者
Applicants must not have previously received the Rotary Yoneyama Scholarship.
4.奨学金受給年度中に、通算60日以上の出国予定がない者
Applicants must not plan to stay outside Japan for a total of 60 days or more during the scholarship year.
5.日本語での意思疎通ができる者
Applicants must be able to communicate in Japanese.
〇奨学金額 / Monthly Stipend(JPY)
・学部学生：月額10万円 / Undergraduate students : JPY 100,000 per month
・大学院生：月額14万円 / Graduate students : JPY 140,000 per month
〇日本語能力要件 / Japanese Language Requirement
応募書類はすべて手書きで日本語により作成する必要があります。また、学内選考通過者には、12月から1月にかけて、ロータリー米山記念奨学会による日本語での面接が実施されます。
All application documents must be handwritten and completed in Japanese. Applicants who pass the university screening will be interviewed in Japanese by the Rotary Yoneyama Memorial Foundation between December and January.
〇学内選考 / On-campus selection
応募書類による書類選考を行い、必要に応じて日本語による面接を実施します。面接対象者には9月29（火）までに連絡します。面接は10月1日（木）、2日（金）、または5日（月）のいずれかの日程で実施予定です。
The university will conduct a document screening based on the submitted application materials. Applicants may also be required to attend an interview conducted in Japanese. Those selected for an interview will be notified by September 29. Interviews will be held on one of the following dates: October 1, October 2, or October 5.

2.顔写真の提出 / Submission of a Portrait Photo
顔写真データを以下のメールアドレスへ送付してください。その際は、大学付与メールアドレス（学生番号@matsu.shimane-u.ac.jp または 学生番号@med.shimane-u.ac.jp）から送信してください。

応募書類は募集要項をご確認ください。なお、指導教員へ以下の書類をお渡しください。
Please refer to the application guidelines for details of the required documents. In addition, please provide the following documents to your academic supervisor:
・推薦状 / Letter of Recommendation
・「指導教員の皆様へ」/ Information for Academic Supervisors
〇注意事項 / Notes
1.奨学生としての義務 / Scholarship recipients are required to:
採用された場合は、以下の活動への参加が求められます。
・月１回以上の例会への出席 Attend Rotary meetings at least once a month
・年２回の奨学生レポート（エッセイ）の提出 Submit scholarship reports (essays) twice a year
・スピーチの実施と、親睦行事や奉仕活動など地区行事へ参加 Give speeches when requested and participate in district activities, including fellowship events and community service programs.
2.他奨学金への応募制限
学内選考を通過し、本学からロータリー米山記念奨学会へ推薦された場合、財団の選考結果が通知されるまで、大学推薦が必要な他の奨学金には応募できません。
Applicants who are nominated by the university to the Rotary Yoneyama Memorial Foundation may not apply for other scholarships requiring university nomination until the foundation's selection results are announced.
3.その他
提出期限に遅れた場合や応募ルールが守られていない場合は、申請を受理できません。Applications submitted after the deadline or that do not comply with these instructions will not be accepted.
