〇募集要件 /Requirements

1.2024年4月に学部３,４年次，修士課程１,２年次，博士課程２,３年次（医学系博士課程は３,４年次）に在籍する者。

Undergraduate : 3,4th-year students in April 2024

Master's course: 1,2nd-year students in April 2024

Doctoral course: 2,3rd-year students in April 2024

(3,4th-year students for the Graduate School of Medicine in April 2024)

2.1979年4月2日以降に生まれた者（2024年4月1日時点で45歳未満）であること。

Students who were born on or after April 2, 1979(under 45 years of age as of April 1 of the year of recruitment).

3.ロータリー米山奨学金を受給したことがない者。

Students who have never received Rotary Yoneyama Scholarship.

4.受給年度に年間通算60日以上の出国予定がない者。

Students who do not plan to leave Japan for 60 days or more in the year of receipt.

5.日本語での意思疎通が可能な者。Able to communicate in Japanese

〇奨学金額 /Monthly Stipend(JPY)

学部学生 10万円　/Undergraduate students JPY 100,000

大学院生 14万円　/Graduate students JPY 140,000

〇日本語能力の要件 /Japanese Language Proficiency Requirements

応募書類をすべて手書き，日本語で記入する必要あり。

また，学内選考に合格した者には12月～1月に財団で日本語での面接が実施される。

All application documents must be handwritten and completed in Japanese.

Those who pass the on-campus screening will be interviewed in Japanese at the foundation from December to January.

〇学内選考 /On-campus selection

応募書類による書類選考を実施後，必要に応じて面接を実施。面接を実施するものには9月25日までに連絡をします。その場合，9月26日～9月29日のいずれかの日程です。

〇応募方法 /How to apply

1.松江キャンパス国際課または出雲キャンパス国際交流推進室へ応募書類を持参

Please submit the required documents by your hands to the International Division, Matsue Campus or the International Exchange Office at Izumo Campus.

2.顔写真を国際課にメールで提出 /Please send your portrait photo via email.

ied-ryugaku(a)office.shimane-u.ac.jp　(a)を@に変えて送信してください。Please replace (a) to @.

※件名は「ロータリー奨学金申請(氏名・学生番号)」としてください。

※Title should be " Rotary Scholarship Application (Name and Student Number.

※大学のメールアドレス（学生番号@matsu.shimane-u.ac.jp/@med.shimane-u.ac.jp）から送信し，ファイルを送付する場合は，必ずメールにファイルを添付してください。

OnedriveやQQ邮箱などのクラウドからの共有URLは送付しないでください。

ルールが守れない場合は，奨学金の申請を受け付けない可能性がありますので，あらかじめご了承ください。

〇注意事項 /Notes

1.以下の奨学生としての義務を果たすことが求められます。

You have to fulfill the following duties as Rotary Yoneyama Scholarship Students.

・月１回以上の例会（ミーティング）出席 To attend meetings morethan one time a month

・年２回の「奨学生レポート」（エッセイ）の提出 To submit essays second times a year

・スピーチの実施と、親睦行事や奉仕活動など地区行事へ参加

To make a speech and participate in district events such as fellowship and service activities

2.学内選考に合格し財団へ推薦されると，財団の選考結果が分かるまで他の大学推薦ありの奨学金へ応募ができません。

If you pass the on-campus screening and are recommended by the foundation, you cannot apply for a scholarship with a university recommendation until you know the results of the foundation's selection.
