On Friday, April 3, the Shimadai Ambassadors conducted a campus tour for international students from Teikyo University’s Department of Global Japanese Studies. The tour was held as part of the orientation for the “Language and Culture Training Program.”
These students will spend approximately four months at Shimane University during the spring semester, deepening their understanding of different cultures while experiencing the history and traditions of the San’in region.
To help the students quickly adapt to life at Shimane University, the Ambassadors guided them through key facilities frequently used by students, including the Student Center, Foreign Language Education Center, cafeteria, and library, while introducing the many appealing aspects of the university.
Under the clear blue sky, the tour provided a refreshing and positive start to the students’ new life in Japan. This year as well, the Shimadai Ambassadors will continue to share the appeal of Shimane University to the world.
