On December 6th, the International Center held its annual International Party with the aim of fostering international exchange and enhancing mutual understanding among international students, Japanese students, and faculty members.
This year, the event was held in two parts: International Alumni Symposium in Part 1, followed by the International Party in Part 2. International alumni and local companies also joined, and Part 2 welcomed more than 170 participants, making the venue lively and energetic throughout the entire session.

A variety of multinational dishes were served, and participants enjoyed moving between tables and interacting freely with one another.
In addition, some international students performed traditional songs and dances, receiving warm applause and cheers from the audience.

Afterwards, all participants joined an interactive bingo activity, which allowed participants to enjoy conversations and naturally expand their networks.

Students shared comments such as: “I made new friends,” “The food was delicious and the games were fun,” and “I realized how enjoyable it is to interact with people from other countries.”
The gathering also provided a valuable opportunity for students, faculty and staff from both the Matsue and Izumo campuses to come together and strengthen their connections.
