On November 20th, we held a company information session for international students seeking employment in Japan. This session was organized with the cooperation of Techno Project Japan Co., and 13 international students participated.
Following opening remarks by Director Sakane of the International Center, Mr. Iwanari from Techno Project Human Resources Center provided an overview of Techno Project, highlighting its strengths and the qualities they seek in candidates. Techno Project is one of the earliest established IT companies in Shimane Prefecture and operates as a leading company in the field, tackling challenges through IT solutions.
During the Q&A session, various questions were raised, including inquiries about the company's work, such as previously developed products and whether they have AI-related projects, as well as questions about the gender ratio within the company and internship opportunities available to international students. Even after the session ended, international students could be seen asking individual questions, demonstrating their interest and proactive attitude.
The International Center plans to continue providing diverse support to promote employment opportunities for international students in Japan and within the local region.
