On November 14, the International Center held the 17th “Coffee Break Event” at Global Commons. Participants included Japanese students and international students.
As a special event for this year’s Shimadai Global Month, we hosted a UNO Championship!
As with all our events, we started with a short introduction and explained the rules and flow of the activity. Participants were randomly divided into three groups and played a 15-minute round — or until someone won the game. We repeated this format three times so everyone could enjoy playing with different opponents in each round.
In the final stage, four players had the same total score, so we held a tiebreak match to determine the winner.
And our champion was... Aliffi-san, congratulations! 🎉
