The International Center held a Study Abroad Seminar featuring Kent State University, U.S.A.
We had the pleasure of welcoming Angela Day, Senior International Admissions Counselor, who introduced the university and shared information about campus life and the services available for international students. Our Director of the International Center, Prof. SAKANE Koji, served as moderator and provided translation support between English and Japanese.
Afterwards, two graduates from our university who studied for almost a year at Kent State University shared their experiences and valuable advice for future participants.
The session concluded with a Q&A session, where both on-site and online attendees actively shared their questions and opinions.
We sincerely thank Angela Day for her valuable contribution and hope that many students from Shimane University will be inspired to study abroad at Kent State University.
The International Center will continue organizing similar events with our partner universities to encourage more students to experience studying abroad.
