On Tuesday, February 4, 2025, a ski training program for international students was held at the Daisen Goenzan Ski Resort in Tottori Prefecture. Despite the coldest cold wave of the year hitting the Japanese archipelago, 24 international students and 3 Japanese student supporters enjoyed skiing to their heart's content. The participants were divided into five groups based on their skiing level and received instruction from instructors. In the extremely cold weather with occasional snowstorms, it was impressive to see how each group worked hard during the lesson and tried to master the techniques. At first, some participants were unable to stand up properly, but by the end, they had improved to the point where they could ski without falling. This ski training program was conducted on fresh snow, which was satisfying not only for students from countries where it does not snow, but also for students who are accustomed to snow. Smiles and cheers were heard here and there during the ski training, and the students naturally deepened their interactions with each other. We would like to thank the many people who cooperated in organizing this program. There were many smiles and interactions, and it was a truly meaningful expectation. Thank you very much.
