On Novemver 18th, the Internatonal Center held the Korea Alumni Association Online Meeting.
7 exchange students and 4 alumni participated in the meeting. Shimane University currently has 19 students from Korea, many of whom studied Japanese before coming to Japan and have acquired Japanese language skills. Many of them have found jobs in Japan after graduation, and some of the alumni who participated in this reunion have also found jobs in Japan.
At this meeting, current students asked questions about their daily lives and graduate school entrance, and alumni shared their experiences while they were enrolled in the program and gave advice on how to pursure higher education. In addition, they exchanged information about their living environment, how to spend winter in Matsue, and other topics.
The International Center will continue to actively support exchanges between international students.
