From Friday, November 1st, to Saturday, November 30th, 2024, we are celebrating Shimadai Global Month!
During this period, various events will be held every day.
At the Matsue Campus, there are displays on the main street, in the first cafeteria (Sogno), and in the university hall.
Additionally, there is poster voting taking place on the first floor of the university hall. We encourage your participation.

The following photos are from the event ‘Let's try drawing “Kolam”, a
traditional Indian street art’ that was held on Monday 11th November.
It was a sunny and warm day. International students, Japanese
students, faculty members and staff were excited to try their hand at ‘Kolam’,
an art form using rice flour.
The main street was filled with beautiful designs and intricate patterns on the ground. It was a wonderful display of global culture and creativity.
If you join the events throughout Shimadai Global Month, you might find yourself feeling just how truly global our university is!
