On November 21, 30, and December 7, 2023, the International Center held a Yoga Exercise Event. The event welcomed an instructor, Mr. Anjikar Ajinkya Deepak, an Indian student who belongs to the United Graduate School of Agricultural Sciences.
He taught the participants authentic Indian yoga techniques. A total of 26 students, faculty members, and citizens participated. The past events had so far focused on breathing techniques. This time the participants practiced some yoga movements. The participants enjoyed the exercise though they struggled a bit to follow the instructor. The International Center will continue to provide such opportunities for SU members to interact with each other.
