On Wednesday, January 18, 2023, we welcomed Mr. Anjikar Ajinkya Deepak, a foreign student from India, belongs to The United Graduate School of Agricultural Sciences, as a lecturer and taught his authentic Indian yoga techniques. This was the third time following the Global Month (November), and a total of eight students and faculty members participated.
The exchange events had so far focused on breathing exercises, but from this time on, we practiced yoga movements. The participants enjoyed the exercise, even if they struggled a little.
The International Center will continue to provide such opportunities for International students and faculty members to interact with each other.
