“World Dishes Contest in Shimadai 2020” will be held and hosted by Center for International Exchanges and the Center for Foreign Language Education. This contest aims to promote international exchange and is being held as a follow-up event to the international students' rice recipe videos, “Teach me! Global Rice Dishes” published on this website in August.
Now we are accepting unique and creative recipes provided by international students of Shimane University and former international students who have already returned to their home countries. Japanese students can also join this contest with a group of international students.
The winning recipe will be served in the University dining hall with the name you give it! We are waiting for your recipe brimming with originality!
