On May 27th, Ohnan Town citizens and student volunteers at Shimane University collaborated to supply food aid and other relief supplies. The relief was provided by Ohnan Town citizens, who have exchanges with Shimane University international students every year.
This food aid was for international students at Shimane University who are facing severe situations due to COVID-19, and over 100 students received aid. Students remarked that this kind of aid is very helpful for them because some of international students have not been able to work part time due to COVID-19.
Thank-you messages from international students will be delivered to the relevant people in Ohnan Town.
