We accept about accommodation support related to voluntary isolation for Covid-19 of international students at any time. If you entered Japan after May 2022 and meet the requirements listed below, and wish to receive support fee, please apply within one month after arriving at the university.

Notice of the end of reception
On May 9, 3pm , reception is closed for Accommodation Support Fund Application Form for Voluntary Isolation of International Students.
We have sent a reception notification email to the applicants. If you have not received, please let International Division know immediately.
After the inner procedures, the support fee will be paid on May 27 Fri. to those who meet requirements.

About accommodation support related to voluntary isolation for Covid-19
We are going to provide support money for international students who had to voluntarily quarantine for Covid-19 at hotels (excluding university dormitories and acquaintances' homes) after coming to Japan, and paid all this cost. This will be implemented as a project of the Shimane University Support Fund.
Please check the implementation guidelines posted on the website below, and if you are qualified and wish to receive support, please apply to the International Division by 15:00 on May 9, Monday.
In addition, depending on the situation, even those who entered Japan at the end of March, 2022 may be paid. Please contact us if you wish to apply.
In order to confirm that the quarantine period matches visiting period of the hotel, please submit a stub of the ticket you came to Japan, etc. that shows the date and place of your arrival in Japan.
