“World Dishes Contest in Shimadai 2020” is now being held and hosted by the Center for International Exchanges and the Center for Foreign Language Education.
5 dishes submitted by teams including international students and Japanese students were nominated for the 2nd stage screening.
The Grand Prix will be decided by voting from everyone inside and outside of Shimane University.
Please check the PR videos and recipes on our website, and choose one dish which attracts you the most.
The Grand Prix dish will be served at the University Cafeteria!
