The delegation of Center for International Exchange of Shimane University participated in "Study in Japan Fair 2017" held in Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi, Vietnam on 30th of September and 1st of October. This event was organized by JASSO and many higher educational institutions from Japan attracted 3,267 visitors in the fair in total.
At Shimane university booth, we have consulted more than 120 students who are interested in Shimane University. Moreover, some alumni of Shimane University in Vietnam cooperated with us and explained their experiences and academic lives in Shimane to young students.
Also, on September 29th, we have visited Dong Du Japanese Language School in Ho Chi Minh to introduce Shimane University to students who eagerly study Japanese in boarding school. Many of them were so interested in our university that they visited our booth at Education fair on the following day for further inquiries.
We hope that many young Vietnamese students will make their dreams come true and enter Shimane University in the near future.
