On March 2, 2017, our president Dr. Hattori and his delegation visited Thammasat University, Thailand, one of our international partner universities. Dr. Hattori had a discussion with Thammasat University Vice Rector Pornchai at the main campus, followed by the meetings with other faculty members including the dean of the Faculty of Science and Technology, and members of the Department of Agricultural Technology at Kulongluang campus.
The two parties have actively discussed and exchanged opinions on various matters including current situation on university’s globalization and its challenges, and collaborative project between Thammasat University and Japan Business Federation. The discussion has ended with the outcome to welcome Thammasat University delegation at Shimane University within this year.
