On June 10th, we invited a distinguished guest speaker Mr. John Park, a consul of U.S. Consulate General in Osaka-Kobe. He talked over "Study in USA" extensively in English. This was held as a part of lecture "Global Challenge" organized by Center for International Exchanges. Every year we welcome a guest speaker from U.S. Consulate General and this year marks 7th time.
He gave a lecture on the study at universities in the U.S., how to apply for visa and so on. Moreover, he introduced the importance of applying one's experience abroad to the regional economic revitalization.
There were nearly 70 participants including students, professors and staff gathered at the venue. Mr. Park's interactive and informative lecture stimulated students so that the Q&A session became very active. We truly thank Mr. Park and U.S. Consulate General in Osaka-Kobe for this precious opportunity.
