The center for international exchanges of Shimane University will hold the annual Shimane University international party. Enjoy the party with your Shima-dai friends! (No appointments required)
The center also calls for ‘’party planners” who organize an international event (e.g. ethnic dance) in the party. Both international and Japanese students can apply for it (See #6 for application).
1. Date and time: Saturday, December 9, 4:00pm-6:00pm
2. Venue: Cafeteria 1 “sognyo” (Matsue campus)
3. Intended participants:
-Shima-dai students, international students, faculty and staff
-Supporters of international students (invited only).
4. Contents:
1) Opening ceremony
2) Commendation ceremony
3) Speech by a Japanese student who studied abroad and an international student
4) Ethnic food party (Nasi goreng(Indonesia), Bulgogi(Korea),
Kai Yang(Thailand), Tandoori chicken(India) etc.)

5. Fee: Free
6. Application for “party planners”:
Please e-mail us your name, faculty and grade by Oct. 20.

You have to join a lunch meeting every Wednesday starting on Oct. 25.
7. Others:
Students in Izumo campus can take a free pickup bus.
Please apply for the bus at International exchange office in Igakubu by November 30.
