The Third World Cooking Club of International Exchanges' Seminar

Focusing on Chinese dumplings the third World Cooking Club of International Exchanges’ Seminar launched by Professor Y. Ando was held on January 25th, 2012. A total of twenty one of international students and faculty staffs of Shimane University made a lot of Chinese dumplings under the guidance of three students from China, and enjoyed those introducing the New Year events of home country with each other. We are continuing to have this event for the purpose of learning from other cultures through cooking.
